Fifteen years of experience in education and executive training
My passion for international affairs and culinary diplomacy dates back to my childhood. I spent it traveling through various European countries and with my father, a Chef. It was in the environment of culinary excellence and multiculturalism that I experienced for the first time the extraordinary power of culinary diplomacy and its influence on even the most complex business relationships. A German and Polish national, French citizen, fluent in five languages, including Mandarin, I lived in China for two years. With degrees in Chinese Studies and Business Strategy, I have contributed for over twenty years to the international development of companies in various countries, in both the private and public sectors.
With a solid understanding of intercultural and geopolitical issues, I have specialised in Nation Branding and worked for top French companies in the Haute-Couture and Educational Excellence industries as HEC Paris and Ferrandi Paris. I also represented the French Haute-Cuisine sector at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and contributed to the implementation of French excellence know-how around the world, particularly in China, Saudi Arabia, Ivory Coast, Japan, and the United States. Furthermore, I specialise in the German and Polish markets.
Over the past ten years, I have developed expertise in principled negotiation. Today, backed by a vast network of experts, I offer optimised international development services.
